Okay... here it is... our story... all wrapped in a ball... now unraveled one project at a time!
Why Knot?
For over 16 years, Encore Artful Gifts has been providing local artists a venue for expression and customers the access to creative gifts. In 2004, a local consigner said, “Why not carry yarn.” We said, “why not??!!”
. . . and then came yarn!
We knew we were crazy but in 2005 we began to unravel! January 1, 2005, Encore Artful Gifts gave birth to a 1,500 sq ft. yarn shop called Unraveled . Full of energy and life this funky yarn shop is re-creating creativity! Stocked with vibrant colors and yummy textures, we keep the shop unique by selling yarn and patterns from small companies! At Unraveled, it is our job to stay on top of the latest trends and share them with our customers. From felting cool bags to knitting with beads we do it all!
Now owned by Karen Gore, we are still re-creating creativity!Whether you visit us for a class, a party, or just to hang out, we hope you will enjoy the Unraveled experience. We welcome your feedback as we grow and look forward to seeing you!
